Itis used as a cross-linker for both aqueous and non-aqueous coatings,inks, and adhesivestoimprove the final propertiesand printing applications. It imparts strength and flexibility, improves solvent resistance, alcohol and water resistance, increases hardness, and upgrades adhesion to difficult substrates.

Typical Application

It is added slowly and with good agitation, at levels of 1% to 3% to finished formulated systems at PH levels of 8to 9.5. It is recommended to determine the ideal level of polyfunctional aziridine to be used in each systembyexperimentation. It can be cured at room temperature, and 60～80℃heatingcan bring better crosslinking performance.

Typical formulated systems will have a pot-life of 8-12 hours. To achieve the desired performance, it is best to test the length of pot-life of each system. Please wear PPE during operation in case of allergy, occupational asthma and any possible related physical hazards.

Available 4*5Kg plastic pails, and 25 Kg steel drums with inner plastic pails.

It must be stored awayfrom acids and oxidizers. Store in a cool, dry, well ventilatedstorage area and in closed containers. Protect materialfrom freezing. The shelf life is approximately 12to 18monthsfrom date of manufacture when stored in closed originalcontainers at 25 C.
